Study On The Landscape Planning And Construction Of High Tech Industry Parks

Fortunately, scientific concept of development and the achievements from landscape, ecology and psychology have provided humans a new point of view to relax and solve these problems in High Tech Industry Parks.The paper will pay attention to three environmental matters——the ecological problem, the spatial problem, and the problem about image in High Tech Industry Parks. Some tactics have been given in both macroscopic level and single company level to make the High Tech Industry Parks have a proper development with their problems being resolved. Among of the high-tech industrial park building measures in the environmental landscape, Ecological strategy ensures the industrial park to form a better environment and it also keeps the park a benign development.;Spatial strategy is a better advice to build landscape environment aspect of spirits , it is a vital support aspect of man-made environment in the industrial park as well; Image strategy is reference the urban landscape drawing in the building methods, It is focusing on the visual and identifiable characteristics of the construction.Through the above three strategies proposed in this paper to the High Tech Industry Park from the overall landscape of the natural landscape and the landscape level, as well as material and spiritual level, can guide the establishment of a high-tech industrial park in the current landscape and environmental construction out of its predicament, and the virtuous development of the building model.
