A Preliminary Discussion On The Planning Of China New Hi-tech Parks

China New Hi-tech Zones nowadays are stepping into the flourishing period.In accordance with the planning and construction of China New High-tech parks,this article attempts to summing up the essential specialities of new high-tech parks from domestic and foreign experience,and,to discuss the regional development strategies and the feasibility of this high-tech park,Land use suitability analysis is used as the basis of land use planning;and,the experience of high-tech parks around the world is learned for the design and planning of the landscapes.This article holds the view that new high parks differ from traditional industrial park. The planning of the former has in itself many specialities:its planning should have perennial nature,foresight,elasticity and flexibility;the planning of new high-tech parks should select good external factors-good talent resources,industrial base,transport facilities and basic environment etc;its also should have good internal factors -the comprehensive multi-functions and high efficiency of distribution,the high standardization and superiority of the infrastructure,and the high quality of the environment etc.Through the preliminary discussion on the planning specialities of China New High-tech parks,and,the planning of HuaShang medium-tech pack which will be the important example,the study aims at hoping it would be helpful to the theory research and practice in future,and benefit to build Xian New High-tech parks better.
