Research On Theory Of High-tech Industrial Zone Planning And Sustainable Development

Based on the Industrial Zone development, high-tech Industrial zone is a newborn thing in modern urban construction the sustainable ecology is a bridge of realizing the sustainability of natural resource and human society. This paper carries out preliminary research on planningmethods, site decision, layout and physical planning, sustainable ecology planning of high-tech Industrial zone.This paper is consisted of seven chapters:1. To understand the general rule of high-tech Industrial zone, it is beneficial to analyze developing track, style, characteristics, tendency and the condition in our country of developing zone.2. Based on the ecology and the ecology engineering, the theory of sustainable development and the tendency are discussed, from the sustainability of ecology and the balance of development.3. According to the theory and practice of location selection, site decision and layout of high-tech Industrial zone are analyzed and discussed.4. Combined with the examples, primary discussion is taken on the space layout, function arrangement, scale, traffic, system planning and using land of high-tech Industrial zone.5. According to the theory of sustainable development, some advicee is given on using land, traffic system planning and the sustainable environment.6. Combined with the example analysis on planning scheme and ecological design of Zhong Guan Cun Enviroment. Science Zone, this paper make some tentative suggestions on the development of high-tech Industrial zone in our country.
