Research On The Evolution Of Early Mordern Tea House And Restaurant In Guangzhou

Modern restaurants in Guangzhou are famous for their food,and the restaurant buildings are also unique.Along with the development of social economy and the impact of foreign food culture,the restaurant building has been constantly changing.On the one hand,while Guangzhou's traditional catering industry,represented by restaurants such as Guangzhou Restaurant and Taotaoju,has occupied a lot of market share,and it has changed people's living habits and cultural concepts to some extent;On the other hand,under the background of constantly changing social economy,the popularization of Internet technology and the influx of migrants have all had a certain impact on the catering market in Guangzhou and have stimulated a variety of catering business models.In this paper,it takes Guangzhou Tea House Restaurant as a research object,visits and investigates the existing modern architecture and modern evolution space,and explores the transformation and development of modern teahouse restaurant architecture in Guangzhou.It sums up the reasons for its evolution,analyzes its existing problems and makes several recommendations,including four parts.The first part introduces the background,current status,value and significance of the research topic;The second part outlines the development of the catering industry in Guangzhou,and the impact of social needs and consumption upgrades on the catering industry;The third part is the research on the status quo of the modern teahouse restaurant building.From the aspect of building space,development mode,and derivative environment,the paper analyzes and sums up the “upstairs building” and “small opening and deepening” of modern buildings in Guangzhou,as well as the landscape space of the gardening.The garden-style restaurant building has modern expressions that are characterized by reservations and contrasts,adaptation to changes in the environment,and respect for the renewal of history.Many types of building sites,innovative layouts,diverse cultural displays and multi-functional dining spaces have become important features of modern small-scale dining buildings;The fourth part considers the evolution of modern teahouse restaurant architecture in Guangzhou.From the perspective of architectural design,science and technology,and environmental characteristics,it considers the causes of social,economic,and cultural concepts in its evolution.It puts forward suggestions for development of brand design,space updating,and feature preservation for the modern teahouse restaurant building,and proposes development suggestions on customer segmentation,quality improvement,and humanized design for its modern evolved dining space.
