Research On Aviation Logistics Development Strategy Of Baiyun Airport Based On Guangdong, Hong Kong, And Macao Bay Area

In 2017,the Guangdong,Hong Kong,and Macao Bay Area officially became a national strategy,and the airports in the Pearl River Delta region will be built into a world-class aviation logistics hub.As one of the airport,Baiyun Airport was determined to be a highly mature world-class air cargo hub by the civil aviation "13th Five-Year Plan”.Facing the opportunities and challenges in the new situation,researching the development status and development strategy of aviation logistics at Baiyun Airport,studying and exploring how Baiyun Airport can seize the opportunities,stand out in the fierce competition in the industry,and become an important engine for the economic development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area and even China has very important the theoretical and practical significance.Taking the aviation logistics of Baiyun Airport as the research object,this article explores how to choose the strategy suitable for its own development and formulate strategic implementation measures in the fierce competition in Greater Bay Area,which is the key problem that this article mainly solves.This article first summarizes the development of aviation logistics,and points out the ideas,methods and research significance of the research.Then,comparative analysis,case analysis,PEST analysis,Porter's five-force model analysis,resource-based theory,and VRIO analysis were used to study the development strategy of Baiyun Airport's aviation logistics.Combined with the strategic positioning,the development strategy of Baiyun Airport's aviation logistics was proposed to be Differentiation Strategy.In the implementation process of differentiation strategies such as infrastructure upgrades,customer service upgrades,and personalized marketing,this paper also proposes 13 measures to promote the implementation of the aviation logistics,so as to better promote the development of aviation logistics at Baiyun Airport.It has the function of guiding the overall improvement of the comprehensive competitiveness of aviation logistics at Baiyun Airport.
