With the rapid development of China’s economic level,the air transportation industry has gradually exerted a huge impact on people’s lives and work.The vigorous and rapid development of the air transportation industry has given the government and scholars a series of policy ideas that support tourism,logistics and transportation.,Provides a good development environment and opportunities for the airport industry,and various service-oriented enterprises born with the civil aviation industry continue to emerge,injecting vitality into the current economic growth of our country.At the moment,our country’s economic environment is not optimistic.Affected by the global new crown epidemic,all industries have been hit hard.In this environment,the aviation industry,especially the airport industry,is a question worth discussing.This article starts from the actual connection to our theoretical knowledge of histology and business management,and combines the relevant knowledge of the feasibility study to analyze the internal modules of the Eastern Airport Group Nanjing Lukou International Airport Co.,Ltd.,including flights at home and abroad.Carry out detailed investigations and researches on operating conditions,talents,material resources and company financial status,and the company’s development status in recent years and conduct a large amount of data analysis.This article will start from the macro-level direction,analyze the internal and external environment of Nanjing Lukou International Airport based on existing materials and use advanced tools such as PEST analysis and Porter’s five forces model,and list all external threats and weaknesses of the airport with comprehensive use of qualitative research methods and quantitative research methods.Carry out a three-dimensional analysis and give corresponding solutions from multiple aspects such as operation management ability,production guarantee ability,financial profitability,human resources,and utilization of idle fixed assets.Combined with the SWOT analysis method,it is proposed that Nanjing Lukou International Airport should continue to implement the growth strategy in the new era,and proposes five specific implementation methods:(1)Strengthen the functionality of Nanjing Airport as one of the airports in the Yangtze River Delta,and continue to stabilize the country’s large-scale Hub airport status.Continuously improve the flight route network and shorten the flight time.(2)Accelerate the construction of airport supporting facilities,advance the planning and construction of the T3 terminal and the third runway,give full play to the advantages of the aviation industry park,develop the logistics industry,attract capital investment,and promote the vigorous development of the non-aviation industry.(3)Increase the construction of urban waiting areas Building,improve service levels,and attract residents from surrounding cities to take the opportunity.Improve the transfer system to make it easier for passengers to transfer,thereby increasing their satisfaction.(4)Make full use of the tourism resources of Jiangsu Province,explore the civil aviation tourism model,and let more people know Jiangsu Province.(5)Outsourcing labor-intensive businesses,improving the training of high-quality talents,and accelerating the construction of smart airports.Improve operation and management capabilities.
