With the development of the economy,more and more people choose aircraft to be the way of their journey,air passenger throughput up day by day.At the same time it also brings the fast growing of the number of private car,more and more passengers choose to go to the airport by car,leading to the increasingly serious problem of airport parking.Baiyun Airport has set up a social vehicle pick-up parking function in the arrival area Curbside,Which is extremely convenient to the arrival passenger to take the pick-up vehicles Compared to other parking lot.So that nearly 2/3 of the parking demand was taken by arrival Curbside,resulting in a huge pressure on arrival Curbside,has become the bottleneck of Baiyun Airport landside traffic.In order to solve the parking problem at arrival curbside,aiming at the congestion caused by the unbalanced arrival of vehicle at arrival curbside.The parking management strategy of the arrival curbside based on the reservation mechanism is put forward to optimize the arrival time of the pick-up vehicles.The parking management system based on reservation Mechanism is designed,and the corresponding suggestions are put forward.This thesis aims to solve the parking problem in the arrival area curbside of Baiyun Airport.Firstly,the composition and classification of airport parking facilities are systematically analyzed,and the parking demand of various parking facilities is studied.Through the analysis of Baiyun airport parking data,summarizes the parking problem of arrival curbside is mainly caused by the pulse arrival of the pick-up vehicles,which lead to lines and congestion.Based on this,the scheduling mechanism is proposed to optimize the arrival timing of pick-up vehicles.Then,based on the study of the literature about the reservation,according to the parking characteristics of the airport arrival area,time-based batch reservation strategy is proposed.The non-stationary queuing theory is used to estimate the parking queuing index,and the parking reservation optimization model which considering the transfer limit of the arrival time of the pick-up vehicle is established.And the genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem.Finally,the parking reservation optimization model is applied to the parking system of the social vehicle in the A-arrival area of Baiyun Airport.Through an optimization,the arrival timing of the vehicle in arrival curbside is effectively balanced,the saturation of the arrival area entrance lane is obviously reduced,as well as the parking queue length inside the arrival curbside.At the same time,the average dwell time of the pick-up vehicle in the arrival curbside is reduced,which enhance the parking berth turnover rate,and improve the parking order and service level of the arrival curbside.Based on the conclusion of the research on the arrival curbside parking reservation,the corresponding parking management strategies and suggestions are put forward for the arrival curbside of the Baiyun Airport,and the structure and the reservation process of the parking management system are designed.
