Renewal And Strategy Research On Building Materials Of The Stem Bar Buildings In North Guangxi

The ethnic minorities in northern Guangxi are widely distributed.The unique lifestyle,social relations,historical culture and ideological concepts of each ethnic group have enriched the rich and unique dry-column houses.With the changes in people's needs,these dry-column houses have undergone numerous changes,adaptations and changes.The update is not only the architectural style and function,but also other architectural elements-building materials.Through the analysis of the relevant data in the northern part of Guangxi,a large number of scholars have conducted more research on public construction and its architectural form,while less attention has been paid to the renovation of construction materials in northern Guangxi.There are many problems in the independent updating of construction materials in the region:disorderly replacement of materials,unreasonable construction of materials,lack of building functions,random construction and reconstruction,and so on.While affecting the economic and ecological properties of buildings,these also undermine the traditional dry-column residential style.This article is aimed at the problems faced by traditional houses in northern Guangxi.From the perspective of construction materials,it provides analysis and suggestions for the renovation of traditional dry-column dwellings.The article uses field mapping,survey visits,case analysis and other means to start from the cultural background of construction,analyze the status quo and limitations of dry building materials,and explore the principles and strategies for building materials renewal in the dry-column residential buildings in northern Guangxi.Practice material renewal in conjunction with local actual projects.This article is divided into six chapters:The first chapter introduces the research background,objectives and significance,describes the research status and some achievements of the construction materials of dry-column dwellings,and summarizes the research methods and thesis framework of this paper.The second chapter expounds the cultural background of the construction of dry-column dwellings from the aspects of nature,humanities and technology.The third chapter describes the basic characteristics of the construction materials of the dry-column dwellings in northern Guangxi.Combined with the field research and visits,it summarizes the advantages and limitations of the construction materials of the dry-column dwellings in northern Guangxi.The fourth chapter summarizes the renewal principles of the construction materials of the dry-column residential buildings in northern Guangxi,including the traditional dry-bar style,functional application,economic rationality and ecological benefits.And the material renewal strategy applicable to different structures is proposed from the aspects of bearing,enclosing and decoration.In the fifth chapter,through the combination with the example of the renovation of the dry-column residential buildings,the renewal strategy of the construction materials of the dry-column residential buildings in northern Guangxi is further studied.The sixth chapter summarizes the research results of the full text,and proposes the shortcomings of the research and the prospects for the future.
