| With the rapid development of China’s economy,tourism has been greatly promoted,especially the rapid rise of featured towns in recent years,making the rapid development of rural tourism.Along with the development of rural tourism,the home-stay is continuously increasing in terms of quantity,standards,and forms.However,at present,there are common problems such as serious homogeneity,lack of characteristics,and lack of experience for home-stay.Therefore,with this background as the subject,the theme of the home-stay design study was selected.In recent years,domestic home-stay have developed rapidly,but the theoretical research on the design as a breakthrough point is very limited in scope and quantity,and the systematic design strategy of the home-stay is more lacking.Therefore,the article aims at exploring the design strategy of the system.The significance of the study is to provide reference and guidance for similar home-stay practice in the future.The content of the article is divided into four parts:First,sort out the origin and development process of the home-stay in the country,and make a summary of the different types that it forms in the development;Second,from the four levels of the use of home-stay community,environmental background,architectural planning and external space,study cases in different cities.The research subjects about home-stay include the Moganshan area and Gubei Water Town,and part of the data collection of Hangzhou,Wuxi,Suzhou and other places;Third,based on the above theoretical research and case summary,the design method is established.Proposed a set of systematic design strategies for home-stay planning involving orientation,architectural planning,external space and detailed performance;Fourthly,the above strategies will be applied to the home-stay project in Chenlu Ancient Town,completing the planning and positioning of the “Cave” home-stay and the specific design of the project.In summary,the article draws the following conclusions:Firstly,the key to the development and sustainable operation of home-stay is the planning and positioning stage.Only comprehensive consideration of the environmental background,the target customer group,and the economic calculations can be carried out correctly in the later period.This is a prerequisite for eliminating the homogeneity of the property,defining the theme,and ensuring continuous operations.Secondly,based on the analysis of the status of home-stays in China,and based on the development of home-stays abroad,the development trend of localization,delicacy,and standardized management of home-stays in China is proposed.Under the control of the policy system,the design of the future home-stays should be based on local resource excavation and reflect the local characteristics of the home-stay,as well as a more sophisticated optimization of its space environment,so as to realize the building of a home-stay experience. |
