Study On The Reconstruction Design Of Northeast Homestay Under The Background Of Rural Tourism

With the strong support of the state for the construction of new countryside and the vigorous development of rural tourism,the industry of home stay facilities in our country has developed into a phenomenon that the south is more than the north and the north is less.Compared with the southern home stay facilities,most of the northeast home stay facilities are still in the primary stage of farmhouse.Restricted by many factors such as climatic conditions and geographical environment,the development of homestays in northeast China is relatively slow,even far behind the south.In addition,due to the lack of reasonable planning and architectural design,there are also serious homogenization,imperfect facilities,unprofessional management and other problems in northeast rural b&b.Therefore,how to grasp the transformation design of rural homestays in northeast China in the context of rural tourism to promote the development of rural economy has higher research value and significance.This paper first carried out a field survey of rural dwellings in northeast China,and recorded the basic features of their plane functions,facade style and courtyard layout by taking photos,interviews,mapping and other forms,and at the same time had an in-depth understanding of the daily life and customs of the villages under investigation.After obtaining first-hand research data,the author fully excavated the elements of the transformation of home stay facilities such as architecture,landscape,culture and location,and systematically analyzed the feasibility of the transformation of home stay facilities in northeast China based on the environmental,social and economic values brought by the development of home stay facilities.Secondly,according to the construction characteristics of northeast dwellings,the suitable transformation strategy of homestay is put forward.The reasonable design strategies are proposed from the aspects of site selection strategy,interior function,courtyard space and rural atmosphere construction.Another view of the construction of the regional characteristic of the northeast folk house,summed up in the process of transforming the traditional local-style dwelling houses of wall,ground,door window and roof modification of technical measures,and aiming at the problem of low winter indoor temperature,put forward the optimization of traditional fire resistance for hanging kang or introduction of new type of heating facilities,such as electric floor heating and air conditioning in order to realize the indoor temperature suitability.Finally,the feasibility of the reconstruction of rural homestay in northeast China was tested by the design of the original yanggaoting village house in huanren county,benxi.In the design,the architectural features of the original dwellings are fully respected.On the plane,while meeting the functional space requirements of the homestay,a large number of public communication Spaces are reserved as far as possible.A large number of wood,stone and other local materials used on the facade;In the process of scheme design,thermal insulation layer is added to the exterior wall,roof,ground and other external enclosure structures of the home stay facility to improve the overall thermal insulation performance of the building.It is hoped that this scheme design can play a certain reference role in the renovation design of the northeast home stay facility.
