Research On The Design Strategy Of "Localism" Of Rural B&B Architecture Under The Background Of Rural Tourism

With the strategy of rural revitalization and the continuous promotion of rural tourism,a series of policies related to rural social,economic and cultural development and construction have also been introduced,making rural tourism a hot topic of tourism consumption at present.In this environment,rural homestays have increasingly attracted the attention of the industry and academia,and their construction scale is also expanding,but there are also some problems,which have a direct impact on the development of rural tourism.The concept of "attaching importance to site resources and integrating into the local rural pattern" advocated by "local" coincides with the current chaos of rural homestay construction.Therefore,the author will integrate "local" with rural residential building design in order to explore a new design method.First of all,based on the characteristics of rural homestay buildings,this paper summarizes and investigates the development and construction status of rural homestay buildings,points out the current development difficulties faced by rural homestay buildings,and thus leads to the necessity of applying the "local" theory to the design of rural homestay buildings,defines the concept of "local",compares and analyzes the relevant regional architectural theories,and summarizes the design characteristics of "local".Based on the representative local practice cases of rural homestay in China,this paper summarizes the local impact factors of the four dimensions of "material and technology construction,terrain and climate environment,cultural and historical heritage,and overall rural pattern" involved in the local practice cases,and further summarizes the local response methods of the local practice cases of rural homestay in the four aspects of physical layout,space construction,material construction,and humanistic care,Then the author constructs a systematic design strategy framework from the four levels of local adaptation,local integration,local presentation and local expression,and applies the proposed strategy to the actual project of "Heyuan" homestay in Yefu Mountain Scenic Spot,Lujiang.Through theoretical elaboration and case demonstration,it provides local theoretical reference and practical guidance for the planning and design of similar rural homestay buildings.This paper discusses the design theory of rural homestay architecture based on "local" and puts forward targeted strategies and methods.The conclusions are as follows:1)At the ground adaptation level: Combined with the correlation between the site and rural B&Bs,the overall layout is integrated into the rural structure,the building and the natural landform coexist in harmony,the architectural form coordinates the local climate,and finally forms the shape layout integrated into the site.2)At the level of land integration: the public space,guest room space,auxiliary space,external space of rural B&B and landscape resources inside and outside the site are deeply integrated and reflected in the land,so as to maximize the value of the surrounding landscape.3)At the site presentation level: the "site" construction method is adopted to present the site environment,which is mainly reflected in the reasonable derivation and use of local building materials and modern materials;Appropriate use of improved local and emerging technologies;Through the participation of the main body to form the construction of multi-party cooperation.4)At the level of local expression: the design of rural homestays architectural site expresses the spiritual and material needs of users through the integration of site history and culture,the creation of "sense of belonging",and the subtle design of architectural environment,so that people can feel the care and care of architectural space in the experience.Figure [146] table [26] reference [76]...
