Research On The Design Of Rural Tourism Home Stay Under The Sharing Mode

With the rapid development of our social environment,the increasingly rich material life,people’s increasingly strong demand for spiritual and cultural life,rural tourism industry has been rapid development.As one of the important ways to promote the upgrading of rural tourism,the rural home stay develops rapidly.However,in view of the fact that the type of rural house is still dominated by "agritainment",the disadvantages of "low level,single product and poor interaction" are constantly emerging,which makes people have many doubts.At the same time,the industry of home stay in China is developing in the direction of "rudeness",and the villagers’ spontaneous reconstruction or transformation for the purpose of profit orientation,resulting in the gradual loss of the original connotation of home stay.Therefore,under the premise of continuous warming of rural construction,it is an urgent problem to build a road suitable for the healthy and sustainable development of rural accommodation.Based on the background of the construction of beautiful countryside,this paper studies the design of rural home stay and analyzes and explores the two aspects of rural home stay and sharing mode.First of all,it analyzes the definition and development of rural residential buildings.At the same time,it analyzes and summarizes the type characteristics and design principles of rural residential buildings from multiple perspectives,providing design direction and ideas for the intervention of the concept of sharing mode.Secondly,the related concepts of the sharing mode and the design points and methods of rural residential space under the sharing mode are analyzed to find the breakthrough point of the sharing rural residential space design.Finally,taking Anzhuang fishing village,Peixian County,Xuzhou City as an example,this paper discusses the design method of rural tourism home stay based on the theory of "sharing mode" to realize the sharing of home stay in space.Based on this,through the analysis of the integration of sharing mode into the design of rural home stay,more changes will be brought to the sense of form,functionality and experience of rural home stay,more possibilities for people to pursue the rural lifestyle will be realized continuously,and the basis and useful reference will be provided for the construction of the space of home stay.This paper has 65 picture,7 table and 54 reference.
