Research On The Design Of Rural Home Stay For Regional Cultural Experience In Snow Township,Mudanjiang City

Since the reform and opening up,with the continuous development of China’s economy,the disposable income of Chinese residents has gradually increased.However,the accompanying fast-paced urban life has also caused corresponding tension and depression among people.Influenced by traditional Chinese agricultural culture,people who have lived in busy cities for a long time are more eager to change their urban living environment.Urban residents are increasingly longing for a peaceful and comfortable,and a slow rural life that returns to simplicity.Under this demand,the construction of rural home stays in China has flourished.The rural home stay industry located in the Jiangsu and Zhejiang regions of China,hereinafter referred to as "home stay",has become a model for the development of home stay industry in China.However,the home stay industry in Mudanjiang City,located in the northeastern region of China,is facing a series of problems such as chaotic industry standards,serious plagiarism,and lack of brand awareness due to its late start,shortage of funds,and severe cold weather.Taking Mudanjiang as an example,the home stay industry in the northeastern region and even the entire northern region of China is in a backward position and relatively underdeveloped compared to the southern region,Some rural home stays in some areas even remain in the monotonous form of early farmhouse entertainment.In order to understand and improve this situation,this article will conduct an actual case study of home stays in snow township,a tourist destination in Mudanjiang City.The basic characteristics of home stays in snow township,Mudanjiang City will be recorded through photography,surveys,and other forms.An in-depth study will be conducted on the local Northeast folk culture,systematically summarizing the development advantages and main problems faced by home stays in Mudanjiang area,and exploring the development strategies of home stays in Mudanjiang rural areas.The article will be based on design positioning and principles,taking the representative traditional architecture and culture of snow township area in Mudanjiang City as the design foundation,attempting to carry out a series of exploratory innovative designs,and making every effort to create a home stay model with Northeast local characteristics and culture,providing corresponding reference for the development and design of rural home stays in areas with unique ice and snow climates such as Mudanjiang snow township in the future.
