Study On The Protection And Utilization Of Public Space In Chongqing Traditional District

With the development of society and the improvement of residents ’living standards,people are becoming more and more aware of the importance of protecting historical and cultural heritage.However,Chongqing started late in the implementation of historical and cultural protection.With the rapid renovation of the old city,the city has ceased to exist and the historical and cultural protection needs to be strengthened.The public space in the traditional style area is an important part of the urban public space system,which bears the important functions of the traditional style area,but at present there is not much research on the theory and practice of the traditional style area.The emphasis on the protection of historical and cultural heritage has also been placed on the physical construction of immovable cultural relics and historical buildings,and less attention has been paid to the public space that constitutes its historical environment.Based on the 20 traditional style areas announced by Chongqing in recent years,this paper summarizes and extracts the characteristics of various types of traditional style areas through the investigation and analysis of different types of traditional style areas.Summarize and summarize its existing problems,and combine the experience in the actual planning management and construction implementation process,hope to arouse the people’s attention and attention to public space in the future old city renewal and protection.Firstly,this paper defines the object and scope of the research,and puts forward the method and framework of the research through the analysis of related research at home and abroad.Secondly,the concept,type and characteristics of the public space in the traditional style area are introduced in detail,the concept and constituent elements of the research object are clearly defined,and the constituent features,important values,and important roles of the public space in the function of the city are explored.The paper also puts forward the analysis method of five lines and one proportion of street space.Subsequently,through field research,the basic composition ratio and spatial texture characteristics of the public space in 20 traditional style areas in Chongqing were analyzed from an overall perspective.Taking Shanshan Lane and Mudong traditional style areas as examples,the characteristics of the traditional Bayu type style area were deeply explored.This paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of the current situation and puts forward specific solutions.Finally,on the basis of the analysis of the problems and the study of strategy,the author puts forward the concrete application method for the four aspects of protection planning,design scheme,construction implementation and planning management...
