Human resources management in today’s society has become a key management point in China as well as in the world.It can be said that this era is an era of human resources competition.Now,the most important issue for owners and employees is the distribution of payments.The main reason for the conflict between employers and employees in a business is the balance of interests.Salary is not only an incentive tool,but also a powerful tool to help companies achieve their strategic goals.Compensation with value-added features,orientation,employee self-assessment function and ranking effect.How to balance the relationship between corporate profits and labor costs,as well as how to give incentive compensation management mechanism for improving the competitiveness and sustainable development of enterprises of great significance.Based on the current situation of 4S shop management and 4S shop sales consultant salary mode,this paper combines the theory with practical research methods,analyzes the problems of sales consultant salary management in detail.Management status and emerging issues in a clear pay strategy,the full investigation of the automotive industry data,showing fair and equitable basis,the company proposed sales consultant pay management optimization proposal,designed with a set of incentive pay programs and Non-economic compensation plan,and finally put forward safeguard measures for the optimized salary plan.So as to solve unscientific and unreasonable problems in remuneration management,and to root out problems caused by such problems as easy turnover of staff,lack of enthusiasm for work,unclear and unsatisfactory remuneration distribution modes.
