After more than 20 years of development,automobile 4S stores in the Chinese market are now extremely competitive.To win an invincible position in the automobile market competition,sales consultant is an important factor for 4S store.How to motivate sales consultant,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of sales consultant,establish a set of scientific and reasonable compensation management system for sales consultant is very important.At the same time,a new salary system model is designed,which plays a decisive role in the joint development of auto sales consultant and the 4S store.This paper takes the sales consultant of Zhejiang Jinsheng Auto 4S store and sales consultant as the main research object,and takes the Zhejiang Jinsheng 4S store improvement of sales consultant's salary management as the research content.Based on the analysis of the current salary management situation of 4S store,combined with incentive management theory,and based on field investigation and work thinking,combed the Zhejiang Jinsheng 4S store sales consultant main problems of salary management,mainly including compensation management model stereotypes,thin pay structure,the economic compensation system of incentive weakness,ect.Aiming at the above problems,a set of compensation management improvement plan for sales consultant was designed for Jinsheng 4S store,which mainly includes building a new mode of cooperative compensation management,carrying out equity incentive,improving and optimizing non-economic compensation etc.It is hoped that the new salary system can motivate the sales consultants to work more actively and improve the profitability of enterprise,so as to achieve a win-win situation for both employees and the company.
