Study On The Risk Management Of PPP Mode Of Commercial Airport Project In Nansha New Area

General airport is important infrastructure construction projects in the development of national economy,as the national economy and people's livelihood,more impact on local economic development have always,including general aviation business airport in the airport.Drunk with economic growth and the continuous improvement of residents' income level,the male business travellers to become an important part of civil aviation passenger business travelers consumption become the main factors influencing the airline revenue,aimed at business travellers travel business airport or become an integral part of China's major cities in the future.PPP model is developed in the construction of public infrastructure project financing and implementation of an optimization model,adopting the PPP model can well solve the financing difficulty of airport construction and airport management efficiency is low,after the completion of the airport projects for business the PPP mode to control the risk,the authors made a more detailed study and discussion.Firstly,the paper investigates the current situation of PPP mode risk management in the commercial airport of nansha new area,and the risk sharing preference matrix is extracted through questionnaire survey.According to the survey results,the problems in risk management are summarized.At the same time,we draw lessons from risk management experience of airport project PPP mode and draw lessons from risk management at home and abroad,and propose countermeasures for improving risk management of Business Airport PPP mode in Nansha new area.
