With the rapid development of China’s socialist market economy and society,the income level of residents has been continuously improved,and people’s consumption ability has been continuously enhanced,and the automobile industry has also thrived.However,in recent years,due to the impact of the economic crisis,the auto industry has been hit with unprecedented impact,and the growth of production and sales has been declining.Compared with China’s huge population base and vast market,the automobile industry still has a lot of room for development.Currently restricting our car sales industry development is one of the important factors,is the lack of an effective performance management system,especially the sales department of performance management system,a direct impact on the competitiveness of the automobile sales industry.This paper takes huasheng automobile sales co.,ltd.as an example to study the main problems existing in its performance management,and put forward concrete and feasible solutions and measures.In this paper,based on the related theory of performance management system at home and abroad,to huasheng automobile sales co.,LTD sales staff performance management present situation has carried on the on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire survey,the existing problems are summarized and induction,the root causes of deep excavation.And in accordance with the relevant optimization principle,the use of the balanced scorecard(BSC)and key performance indicators KPI,two methods to design the company sales personnel performance appraisal indicators,on this basis,perfect the related performance management process,put forward the concrete measures for guaranteeing the,thus for huasheng automobile sales co.,LTD.,to the building of a new comparative perfect sales staff performance management system.In conclusion,this paper aims to make the sales personnel performance management system of huasheng automobile sales co.,LTD become more efficient and provide useful reference for the performance management of automobile sales industry.
