Research On The Human Factors Of The Product Design Safety Under The Ecological Background

Since the industrial civilization,the global ecological crisis caused by a large number of practical activities of human beings becomes increasingly prominent,and has brought serious threat to human survival and development.As a result,people have to re-examine the coordination between themselves and the natural ecological environment.With the reflection of the close relationship between human and nature,people also begin to accept intrinsic value and meaning of other beings in nature's.Seen from the modern development,the dominant role of humans is unprecedentedly strengthened,especially in design.Although the designer has always laid emphasis on people-oriented design and purposes,the safety of the product design can still not be ensured.As he most important characteristic of the interaction between people and the outside world,the security of the product design undoubtedly should dray the attention of the public.On the one hand,the material,process,and function of the product will have influences on the environment;on the other hand the product itself will threaten the safety and comfortable level of the users.Therefore,the designers should pay attention to these problems at the beginning of the design,and avoid these safety problems as far as possible,which is the first premise of product safety.Based on the combing of relevant theories of product design safety,and the further research on the human factors in the product design safety,this paper found that the current theoretical research on product design security is mainly limited to the research of man-machine engineering.The study of human factors is also mainly started from two physiological and psychological factor of humans.The ecological crisis and the people-oriented design are rooted in the traditional survival value "anthropocentrism".Therefore,under the ecological background,the ecological modern "anthropocentrism" should be advocated.In addition,the public also should admit the existence of other beings in nature,strive to coordinate the relationship with nature,and adheres to the road of sustainable development and design.The care for nature and social attribute of humans currently are a hot topic of the study on the product design safety.Therefore,this article puts forward to the human factors in the product design safety under ecological background.The first trend is that the product design safety should reflect emotional care to people.Under the emotional trend,the design should highlight the availability of products and integrate rich cultural connotation.The second trend is that the product design safety should show the care for the vulnerable groups.The third trend is that the product design safety should focus on improving service experience.The Taga Bike launched by the Britain Taga Company is taken as the case for analysis.The paper analyzes the product from three human factors including the emotional care of the products to people,the care for vulnerable groups,and whether product can meet the demand of human services.
