According to the features of present aviation accidents, the most important factors, human factors, are discussed here in detail. This paper defines all sorts of human factors, analyses the reasons of accidents, and calculates the proportion of every different human factor. In aviation system, human are the most flexible, the most adaptable and the most valuable part, but their performance is also the most vulnerable. Over the years, the survey results of accidents showed that, the 3/4 of the accidents were due to the poor human performance. The cruel reality that, human factors were major factor in the vast majority of aircraft accidents, evoked the recognition of aviation people. During the past 50 years, we focused on the hardware problems to enhance the reliability of hardware. But now the hardware has been reliable enough, and most of time the accidents were caused by human factors. That's why people now have to focus on the human factors. The human factors affecting the aviation safety mainly include the influence of pilots, air traffic controllers and aircraft maintenance personnel. So we will mainly expatiate that influence and discuss how the collaboration of them affect the aviation safety furthermore.
