The Research On Occupational Aptitude Base On Human Factors Safety Of Car Transportation Industry

Along with the development of economy,the motor vehicle population is increasing in our country,which leads traffic accidents frequently.The worsening traffic conditions in our country have caused serious impact on people’s normal life.There are many reasons for the deterioration of traffic conditions.One of the reasons seriously endangers the safety of road traffic,which is the abnormal development of car transport vehicle as a special type of heavy tractor trailer.It is urgent to study the safety of car transport vehicle industry.Based on the analysis of present situation and causes of domestic traffic safety system,combined with China’s current situation of traffic safety car transport industry,impact on the car transport vehicle accident human factors from the personality factors,physiological factors,skill factors,safety awareness of the four aspects of identification and analysis.Construction the model of human factors safety of car transport vehicle which applied to the occupational aptitude of drivers.The main contents are as follows:(1)This article analyzes the operation process,the car transport vehicle and the general truck driver differences,human factors safety of common car transport vehicle accident.From the above analysis,it is concluded that the four aspects of personality factors,physiological factors,skills factors,safety awareness is the important reason for the car transport vehicle accident.And from the four aspects of research,to further build the model of human factors safety of car transport vehicle.(2)Through access to data,the actual test and other methods to confirm the model of the evaluation methods and evaluation of reference standards.Personality factors are evaluated by Cattell’s 16 Personality Factor;Physiological factors evaluate the speed estimation ability,simple reaction time,complex reaction time,accurate operation ability,attention span,spatial perception and visual acuity by a variety of application software.The technical factors mainly test the level of the commercial vehicle loading,the car transport vehicle driving,the commercial vehicle unloading.Safety consciousness mainly through the observation and monitoring of the equipment operation evaluation operator.(3)The model is transformed into geometric figure,so that the ability of the subject to be expressed by the area of geometric figure,and confirmed that the area is 6892 for the qualified standard.(4)Through the actual use of the model,evaluation of enterprise employees,by comparing the evaluation results with the reference standard,which can directly reflect the acceptance testing personnel are capable of car transport vehicle driver position,and can guide the enterprises in the car transport vehicle driver selection and appointment to make targeted management.
