Study On Quality Management Of Type A Special Vehicle Development Project

In the context of the gradual release of the national policy on the production qualification of military products,quality has become one of the most important factors affecting the final decision of the users.For the old qualified military enterprises,the quality of the product direct ly determines the competitiveness of the enterprise.In recent years,many types of space special vehicles have entered the stage of stereotype and batch production.The work has also been transferred from the past single development to the complex mode of development,stereotype and mass production.In recent years,product quality problems are more concentrated.Quality problems such as design quality,outsourcing quality,production quality and other aspects are becoming increasingly apparent.In this paper,combined with the development of new tasks-A type special vehicle research and development project,according to the common problems of previous similar product quality,application specific quality management research programme in the new development project on each stage,as a special vehicle product quality management provided high levels of innovation attempt.In this paper,first of all,the research status quo of project quality management at home and abroad were reviewed and summarized the pro blems about the present situation of quality management,and analyses the cause of problems in view of the problem,according to the research and development of A type special car project quality management optimization design,select the appropriate project organization structure,refined quality objectives and quality plan around the principle of customer satisfaction all the way,from set out actually,in the development of the project introduced QFD thought convert customer important attention to product quality control targets,combined with the use of quality tools such as FMEA,different stages of design production finish,forming quality control elements,formulate specific implementation plan in the end,from the perspectives of leadership attaches great importance to the degree of enterprise culture,put forward the safeguard measures.It is hoped that this study will provide beneficial help and reference for similar enterprises and projects in quality management.
