Currently,the energy shortage and environment destruction problem is becoming increa-singly sever,the automotive industry as one of the main parts that cause energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions,require effective technical revolution as soon as possible.Re-cently,the global new energy vehicles for the future development direction and trend has reached a preliminary consensus.From long-term development in the future,the pure electric drive mode which includes both pure electric technology and hydrogen fuel cell technology will be the major development path of new energy vehicles,however,the current research and development technology is not developed enough to meet the standard.Therefore,as the ma-jor substitution of those two technologies,oil mix and plug-in hybrid technology will be mainly developed.As a leader in the domestic auto industry,SAIC is facing challenges from both traditional automotive technology and the rapid development of automotive energy power system trans-formation,Therefore,'transition' and 'transformation' strategy is more suitable to be imple-mented.On one hand,applying both integrated innovation and innovation from former inno-vation as main strategy to enhance the traditional automotive technology level,to develop fuel-efficient cars and alternative fuel vehicles,to solve the recent mid-term energy saving and carbon reduction issues,as well as the development of new energy vehicles laid founda-tion;On the other hand,treating original innovation and integrated innovation as major strat-egy and actively invent a new generation of energy power system which could potentially speed up the development of new energy vehicle,mainly electric vehicle,at the same time,this strategy could help those automotive companies turn into the most competitive industry and accelerate the transition process of energy power system.IP2X hybrid power system is invented under such a background.It is also another new energy strategic model after Roewe 750 and Roewe E50.However,in the hybrid vehicle research and development,the current domestic auto enter-prises have borrowed large number of foreign advanced management concepts and develop-ment process.There is still a long distance to chase to exceed those foreign enterprises on R&D management.From R&D terms of project quality management level fundamentally,it will directly affect the overall competitiveness of the enterprise products.Through systematic analysis of project management,project quality plan,project quality control theory,combined with SAIC GVDP vehicle development process,more steam IP2X mixing energy automotive car project as an example,early in the project on the development of the project quality plan,to develop a detailed plan based on the results of quality plans,and product development through the use of project quality control,quality control methods and project components DFMEA,PQ,IPTV and other workflow processes for effective quality control to ensure quality plan effective and accurate execution,in order to reduce the project quality risk,ensure the success of R&D projects.
