Research On Quality Management Of AZY Household Expo Center Project

With the rapid development of China's economy,more and more construction projects,how to do a good job in the construction project management for the project itself and the community has a very important significance.In the project management,quality management is in the core position.In accordance with the relevant national laws and regulations,strict control of construction quality,strengthen quality management,is an important task of the construction enterprise construction project management;at the same time,the quality of the advanced management methods,quality control standards of construction,improve the quality of the project management level,to ensure the construction quality,is the need for enterprise development strategy.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the quality management of construction enterprises.In this paper,the AZY Home Furnishing Expo Center project as the research object,through the collection of domestic and international literatures,expounds the basic theory of the project quality management,analysis of research methods and means of project quality management,to analyze how to take the construction of scientific and effective quality management methods of the project guide.This paper adopts the research method of combining theoretical research and empirical research,taking the theory as the basis for the empirical method,the project conducted in-depth research,to understand the current status of quality management of project,and then through the systematic analysis of the project quality management theory and AZY Home Expo Center project with construction quality management research the engineering problem,and in the light of the project proposed the project quality plan,project quality assurance and project quality control requirements and measures.In this paper,through the use of management science,engineering and other related disciplines,from domestic and foreign advanced project management methods and experience,to explore suitable for the project quality management system and quality management methods,the establishment of a scientific quality management system for AZY Home Furnishing Expo Center project,its research results not only for the quality management the project provides practical guidance,but also provides a good reference for other similar project construction quality management of real estate construction enterprise.
