A Preliminary Study On The Cheif Urban Designer System Of Key Area

With the continuous development of China's economy and society and the acceleration of urbanization,urban design has been widely recognized for promoting urban space environment,promoting urban competitiveness,shaping urban characteristics,stimulating urban vitality,inheriting historical context and realizing urban fine management.In recent five years,from the central government to the local government,we have attached great importance to urban design work.We need to actively explore the innovation of urban design methods and systems.In the urban design practice of major cities in China,the "chief designer / Planner System" has fully played the role of experts,from technical service to planning management and the whole process of tracking the dynamic planning of the region,which has played a vital role in the implementation of urban design in key areas.It is the design of the key areas of the city.The innovation of system and method of planning management is of great significance.On the basis of reviewing and analyzing the relevant system practice at home and abroad and drawing on the relevant research theories and practical experiences at home and abroad,this paper systematically studies the construction ideas,practical cases and construction framework of the chiefurban designer system of key areas.The first part(the first chapter)is background analysis and proposition.On the basis of introducing the background of the development of urban design and "chief designer / Planner System" in China,this paper puts forward the chief urban designer system of key areas.The second part(the second chapter)is the practice research of related systems at home and abroad,which is the research foundation of this paper.The general characteristics of the system are summarized from 3 aspects: the core of the system,the choice of the system and the role of the system through the research on the chief urban designer system of key areas at home and abroad.The third part(third chapters)is a theoretical study of the topic of the chief urban designer system of key areas.By analyzing the plight of the actual effect of urban design in the key areas and drawing on the relevant research theories and practical experiences at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the experience of the construction of the chief urban designer system of key areas.The fourth part(fourth chapters)is the practice research of the chief urban designer system of key areas.Taking the practice of "chiefurban designer system of cityregional" in Pazhou West District of Guangzhou as an example,this paper systematically studies the work organization and methods,work content and summary of its practical characteristics in practice.The fifth part(the fifth chapter)is the framework of the chief urban designer system ofkey areas.From the 4 aspects of system concept,construction principles,implementation ways and implementation elements,it puts forward the construction framework of the chief urban designer system of key areas.
