Study On Effects Of The Urban Parks On Surrounding Area In Newly Area Of The Cities Based On The Perspective Of Urban Design

Our country is in the period of rapid development of urbanization, the wave of theconstruction of the newly developed area of cities has been lasting for several years.In the planning and construction practice, some problems have already emerged. Mainpart of these problems can be divided into two aspects：Lack of attraction of the newlydeveloped area in the early days and ignorance of reasonable city structure formed inlong-term development due to excessive attention to present development. As animportant factor of urban space, the city open space is a powerful means ofcontrolling and guiding the urban spatial development so as to form a reasonablespatial structure of the whole city during the urban planning and design process.Urban Park, which plays an important role in the city open space, is selected asthe research object. Based on the field investigation of the parks and surrounding landfor urban construction in Baotou city, we try to get preliminary understanding of therelationship between urban parks and surrounding urban land and difference of it indifferent period of urban development using methods as literature review,investigation, comparison, analysis of desktop case and experience summary, in orderto get design reference guidance and recommendations of construction on urban landsurrounding urban parks.
