Urban-Rural Interactive Research On Urban System Development In Chinese County Area

China has entered the urbanization phase of rapid development. The construction of small towns has achieved good results. Meanwhile, the central government raised the major historic task of constructing new socialist rural areas. Urban and rural development are now in full swing process.With industrialization and information technology development, urban and rural relations are constantly undergoing new changes. As a grass-roots administrative unit, county plays an important role in co-ordinating relations between urban and rural areas. In the new context of development, positive interaction is particularly important between urban and rural areas. Study of them could expand the urban system theory and guide effectively the development of urban-system in county areas and planning practice.On the current regional urban development background analysis, the paper point out the importance and necessity of the study. On relevant concepts analysis, the study object is defined. Then the research methods and framework is proposed.The thesis construct the theoretical framework with the theoretical basis: "urban-rural dual-structure" theory, "urban-rural interaction" theory, urban-rural interaction thinking in urban system theory and practice, and the county-economic theory. Then these theories are reviewed.Then the thesis summed up the obstacles, the potential, the method, the main body, and the performance of China's urban-rural county interaction. Propose urban system planning through urban-rural interaction is the important way to break the" urban-rural dual structure" in county.In the basis of the above analysis, the thesis focused on the elements and the mechanism of urban-rural interaction in urban system in county development. The article constructed framework for the development of four elements, namely, population factors, industrial elements, land elements and network facilities. And has a detailed analysis with interaction of elements between urban and rural scope and between the different elements. This thesis also presents the market, the government, the social role as three forces under the mechanism, analysis the contents and characteristic of the mechanisms, explain how the mechanisms act to the elements, and raise the framework of the mechanism for the county's urban-rural system.As a study case, for Faku county of Liaoning province, the thesis analysis its urban-rural interaction status, study the urban-rural interaction elements with the former research results, and make the guideline of the future development. Then, some suggestions of improvement of the corresponding mechanisms are raised.
