Research On Architectural Design Strategy Of Detention Center

Administrative detention for violation of administrative law is the public security organs,deprived of their liberty in a short time of a kind of administrative penalty,as one of the most severe administrative punishment,for a long time adhere to the basic principle of "education,persuasion and save",in alleviating social contradiction,the service of the public security work,service played an important role in the construction of a harmonious society.Detention facility construction,as a final place,administrative detention system implementation is a major site detained personnel life and study,in 2008 the ministry of public security jointly with the ministry of construction issued the detention facility construction standard for detention facility planning and construction,formulate a unified standard.In China,however,with the advancement of legal system in the process,part of the revision of the administrative rules and regulations,will does not involve the use of administrative detention before some of the illegal ACTS in the scope of administrative detention,under the condition of the expanding its administrative detention,detention facility construction is increasingly exposed many problems.On April 1,2012 began the custody regulations,pay more attention to human rights protection,more emphasis on people-oriented,from the perspective of detention management and detained personnel puts forward new requirements for detention facility construction.From the perspective of planning,in the case of increasing administrative detention scale,there is not enough design theory to guide the chaos of space streamline organization.From the perspective of architecture,due to the change and increase of the types of administrative detainees,traditional detention buildings cannot meet the management mode of the change of detention.The traditional architectural design concept of detention house can not adapt to the needs of current practice,and it shows that the obvious theory lags behind the actual phenomenon.Based on this thinking,this paper studies the architecture of detention center.The research contents of this paper are mainly as follows:First of all,in this paper,the relevant concepts are defined,this paper established the reading literature,case analysis,field investigation and the research method of theory combining with practice and establish the research framework of this article.Starting from the development of the system of administrative detention and history,and comparing with similar systems at home and abroad and the related judicial construction,find the system of administrative detention and architecture in the accurate position of social governance system,at the same time,analysis and research by regulators of psychology,the relationship between behavior and regulatory environment.And then to five detention facility construction by means of field investigation,this paper compares and analyzes analysis to find the detention facility specific problems of the planning and architectural design of external space,to provide practical support in this paper,the design of the strategies.Secondly,based on the architectural design methodology as a starting point,on the above analysis summary of the characteristics of the detention facility construction and the present problems existing in the detention house building,on the basis of the overall function of system and the office area and prison building space characteristic,analysis summary outer space layout design strategy;Starting from the change of the management mode of the detention center and the requirements of the supervisor,this paper analyzes and summarizes the internal energy layout design strategy and traffic streamline organization system design strategy of the office and supervision area.Finally,on the basis of the above theoretical analysis research summary,with the method of combining the theory and practice through guizhou city detention center architecture design practice further application and construction features of the early stage of the inspection summary and related design strategies.Respectively from the project background analysis,architecture design concept and idea,function space layout and the internal and external traffic streamline organization related building design strategy application and project summary of various kinds of set in the early stage of the optimization verify above puts forward the design strategy,prove the feasibility of strategy.The author thinks that,in the reform process of the judicial system to push today,with China's national conditions and social governance system with Chinese characteristics as the foundation,from the perspective of architectural design,put forward more suitable for detention facility design policy framework of the system of social management,is a strong feasibility.At the same time,this paper makes a prospective study on the development direction of the detention house,and hopes to provide valuable reference for the design and construction of the building in the future.
