Study On The Spontaneous Building Of Roof Space In The Urban Village

As the "fifth facade" of architecture,parallel to the vertical street view,because of the proportion,scale relation and visual habit between people and architecture in urban space,it often becomes the visual blind spot that people ignore.It is widespread and neglected by inertia.This paper focuses on the architecture as a special interface space,and rests on the spontaneous construction that occurs in this space and limit the research area to the special background of the village in the city: the development state of the village in the city gives the residents the freedom to customize their living environment and created a unified urban space within the diversity of physical living space and the blending of human environment.Among them,the behavior of optimizing and improving the living environment quality from the bottom up,produced by the residents' unconscious autonomy and not disturbed by outside instructions,is called spontaneous construction,which often walks on the edge of the law.But it tenaciously exists in the edge and the gap of the rapid development of the city,filling the lack of the living space function,reflecting the real demand of the residents' life.Under the simple,hasty and embarrassed surface form,it is indeed the dynamic superposition and renewal of the past experience and wisdom of the people at the bottom.In this paper,the study area is located in Baishizhou,which is typically representative and general adaptability in Shenzhen City Village.By means of observation method,investigation method,literature analysis method and case analysis method,that is,the method of theory combining with practice,this paper analyzes and summarizes the physical environment elements and humanistic components of the Baishizhou site,and carries out the case study from the two aspects of overall layout and local details optimization design of peacebuilding by means of the combination of graphics and text.Then it summarizes the spontaneous construction of the village roof space in the city and its manifestation,construction characteristics,causes and constraints,as well as the impact of spontaneous construction on the city and residents.It is to gain insight into functions and visions that residents really need to use,and in the case of their low material levels and low building standards,to observe,track,and analyze the objective appearance of the real state,that is,the non-predefined communication space,to look for the material achievements created by the dynamic change of human intervention mode and auxiliary life,to generalize the design principles and strategies of the universal application of roof space,By analyzing the existing related practical exploration at home and abroad,The author came to the conclusion of roof space optimization from the perspective of four-dimension including point,line,plane and volume.
