Study On Style Evolution Of Spontaneous Building Of Jinzhai Village In Huitong Town

Residential building has always been the largest building type.Rural housing is also the largest number of residential buildings.Although the number of migrant workers has increased in recent years,the volume of rural housing construction has been maintaining an objective growth rate.Compared with the construction activities which are pre-planning and controlled by the professional in the city,residential construction in rural areas is completely different.There is no strict overall planning in the rural construction,nor the participation of professionals.The result of construction is also very random.Located in Huitong County,Jinzhai village is a typical village whose development relys on this construction system.The Xiangxi District of Jinzhai village has its unique natural and cultural details,and the residence also has obvious characteristics and clear development process.This paper,starting with the uniqueness of the construction system of Jinzhai village,intends to study the evolution pattern and direction of different forms of residence in each stage of the evolution of spontaneous residential buildings in Jinzhai village,describes the characteristics of the representative spontaneous housing in each stage,and analyzes its evolution process and influence factors,in order to reveal the driving force of spontaneous residential buildings in Jinzhai Village and provide a case for the future study of self built spontaneous residential buildings in Xiangxi.This article is divided into five chapters: the introduction chapter describes the background of the study,the research situation in the related fields,the content,method and purpose of the research,which is the precondition of the research.The second chapter interprets the objective conditions,humanistic factors and historical background of housing construction in Jinzhai Village,and analyzes the reasons for taking Jinzhai village as a sample.From the third chapter to the fifth chapter are the core chapters of this article.The third chapter,with ten housing as the research samples,analyzes the different houses in detail from the building space,structural structure,construction process and style,as well as the information outside the construction of life style,traditional custom,policy response and so on.Thus,a large number of information on the surface and deep layers of Jinzhai village is mastered,which provides strong support for the understanding of the whole residential construction system.The fourth chapter takes time as the main axis,and makes vertical comparison of the houses in Jinzhai village.The residence of Jinzhai village can be clearly divided into three periods.This chapter first analyzes the characteristics of housing from various aspects,such as form,space and structure in each period,and then compares the main changes of the two stages before and after,and finds some rules,and summarizes the trend of the evolution of residential features in the village of Jinzhai.The fifth chapter is the specific analysis of the driving force of the evolution of Jinzhai village style.First,we discriminate the big renewal of the self built house and the adjustment in the body.Secondly,it focuses on the analysis of the type and influence of the drive power on the two dimensions,and further studies the connection and transmission mechanism of the same and dissimilarity and evolution of the two aspects of the driving force,and finally draws the conclusion of the whole textIn this paper,based on the ten samples of the Jinzhai village,the evolution logic of the Jinzhai village spontaneous residential buildings is deduced through the detailed analysis of the ten samples,and the evolution driving force is analyzed in detail,and then the evolution mechanism is deeply studied.This paper hopes to conclude rules of evolution of spontaneous residential buildings,and provide cases for the study of spontaneous residential buildings in Xiangxi area for the future research.
