With the continuous development of manufacturing technology and network technology,the domestic machinery manufacturing industry is undergoing major changes.Manufacturing patterns and design patterns are also changing.Collaborative design is a kind of service to users as the center of manufacturing new mode and technical means,mainly relying on the advanced network technology,and manufacturing resources allocated in different places will be integrated and will provide design personnel with a collaborative work environment.Networked collaborative design is a new design model,referring to a product development team,with the support of the distributed collaborative environment,completing the process of designing the product with the core of the group work.In recent years,China's crane manufacturing industry is flourishing,however,China's crane manufacturing enterprises,especially small and medium-sized enterprises' design capacity is very weak.In this paper,regard the design of crane as the research object,combining the concept of cloud computing services and parametric design technology ? collaborative design technology,complete the development of a crane collaborative design platform.This paper mainly completes the following research work:(1)Not only the domestic and foreign crane design method and design of the present were studied in this paper,but also the the difference between the cloud design and collaborative design,the proposed background?concept definition and specific characteristics of networked collaborative design were described,parametric design and networked collaborative design were combined,and their respective advantages and characteristics were brought about.(2)The crane networked collaborative design architecture was described,on the basis of the structure and mode,platform framework was proposed,on the basis of overall framework,the computer network technology was taken as a tool to achieve the different service function of the platform.(3)The key technology of crane parametric design was studied,including crane module partition technology?parametric modeling technology?structure optimization technology?database management technology?ActiveX Automation Technology.At the same time,the SolidWorks secondary development interface technology and ANSYS secondary development transfer technology has also been studied.(4)This paper has research on the crane cloud design platform prototype development tools and development environment,including platform publishing tool,research on network collaborative design based on VPN,describe the network encapsulation techniques,including CAE analysis service network package,software resource encapsulation based on Jini and research on network operation technique of the model,put forward the operation mode of the platform system.(5)Build the crane parametric and collaborative design platform,combine the parametric design and collaborative design,provide a new design pattern and thought,describe operation process and working principle of the different work modules of the platform.Based on analysis of parametric design ? network-based collaborative design,under the support of windows8 system,take IIS8.0 as publishing tools of the platform,use SQL Server 2005 database as a background,regard Dreamweaver8 as a web page editing tools,use java programming language development,at the same time,use secondary development technology?parameter modeling technology and structure optimization technique to design crane product,build the crane parametric and collaborative design platform system,and it has a very positive role in promoting crane product's design idea and model.
