| CAD (Computer Aided Design), whose application plays an importantrole in manufacturing, tends to be one of the key technologies that winmarket-competition for the enterprises. Under network environment, theCAD technology has become increasingly mature along with the rapiddevelopment of computer technology. On the basis of collaborative designof network, the research has achieved the exchange and sharing ofinformation by breaking through geographical location limitations.Influenced by the enterprises'informatization, many enterprises have madeobvious effect through setting up corresponding CAD software platform andapplying CAD software to product design and analysis. However, thecurrent CAD software hasn't proposed solutions to specific design object,exchange and sharing of design information, which has certain effect ondesign staff's promoting efficiency and quality of products. Therefore, toestablish a developmental environment that is able to share information anddesign collaboratively has become a critical aspect for the design studies ofmodern products.Based on the networking collaborative design technology and modernCAD technology, this paper, combining with the actual demand of truckcrane design, has established a networked truck crane collaborative designsystem.Taking .Net as platform, the system, under support of database,provides collaborative design users with services of online design, networkthree-dimensional modeling, online real-time communication, as well asresource sharing. The system integrates and encapsulates these services intodifferent subsystems in the form of webpage, which enables users to visitdifferent subsystems through hyperlinks. By taking the mobile crane forinstance, the system develops its parameterization design subsystem. Andthis subsystem encapsulates calculations into page handling procedures,through which users are able to calculate other parameter of telescopicboom automatically after inputting the key parameters. In accordance withthe API function provided by the three-dimensional software—SolidWorks,the system redevelops it with VB.Net language under.NET environment. Besides, the system encapsulates development process ofvarious components of telescopic booms into different network applicationprograms. By this way, after collaborative design users inputtingcorresponding key parameters in webpage, the server can transfer thethree-dimensional molding software and build the three-dimensional modelunder network environment in terms of the parameters; this article sets up athree-dimensional model library after analyzing the telescopic booms partsof mobile crane. And the server can manage the comprehensive informationof parts effectively.In line with the characteristics of collaborative design technology,which is communication and sharing, the paper combines them withcollaborative design tools. Additionally, it is also integrated effectivelywith the system, which realizes the information exchanging and sharingbetween users and users, as well as users and servers. Taking thecollaborative design of crane telescopic booms as an example, the paperproves the validity and feasibility of the system design scheme. |
