Research On Green Construction Management Mode

With the advent of the economic era,the construction industry has developed rapidly.It has made great contributions to the economic progress and provided the comfortable living conditions.The rapid progress of human society has brought great damage to the environment.In order to realize the harmony between man and nature,the sustainable development is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.Green construction is an effective way to realize resource saving and effective utilization of energy.Management is important to green construction and effective management is directly related to the implementation of green construction.The traditional management can not meet the requirements of green construction,so it is very important to innovate the management.According to the development process of green construction both at home and abroad,previous research experience and establish green construction management mode suitable are drawed on the development of green construction in China.First,the concept of green construction is explained in detail,and the contents are summarized,and the characteristics are analyzed.The whole life cycle and contents of project management and related theories of green construction management are discussed.Providing a rich theoretical basis for the research of management model.Using the principle of Engineering systematics,the management process is regarded as a system engineering,and it is carried out in all directions from the whole.The management is divided into five management modules,and the management of each module is refined by layer to achieve the optimization.The evaluation and improvement of green construction is based on analyzing the factors that influence green construction,selecting evaluation indexes,and establishing a green construction evaluation model based on multi level grey evaluation method.Finally,it verifies the practicality of the evaluation model through empirical cases,finds out the insufficiency through the verification results,provides a scientific basis and further strengthens and improves the management mode.
