In recent years,Chinese machinery manufacturing enterprises have a certain scale of development,and some manufacturing technologies have reached the world's leading level.However,enterprises are also facing some technical difficulties in the development process.The technological transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises in China is a difficult problem to be solved at present.The manufacturing enterprises are numerous and complex in technology,and it is important for employees to quickly grasp the outward advanced technology for the technological innovation of the enterprises.Based on the status quo of Chinese manufacturing enterprises,this paper reviews the existing literature,analyzes the impact of technology integration on both enterprises and employees,studies the relationship between employees sharing willingness and employees innovation performance,and builds a model of psychological contract disturbances based on psychological contracts.From the perspective of psychological contracts,the impact mechanism of technology integration on employees innovation performance is studied.Distribute and collect research questionnaires,and obtain 342 valid survey questionnaires of manufacturing enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region.The empirical analysis results show that team member-type psychological contract and relational psychological contract have a positive effect on employees innovation performance,while transactional psychological contract has no significant negative impact on employees innovation performance.The employees knowledge sharing willingness plays a mediating role in the process of team member-type psychological contract and relational psychological contract affecting employees innovation performance.The technology integration model has a moderating effect on the mediating effect of employees knowledge sharing willingness:breakthrough integration model has the strongest moderating effect,utilization-oriented integration model has the weakest moderating effect,and the moderating effect of expansion integration model is between them.The article further analyzes the specific processes and results of Geely Group & Volvo Automotive technologies as well as SAIC Motor Corporation's & Ssangyong automotive technology.This article expands the research on employees innovation performance,and further reveals the relationship between psychological contract,employees knowledge sharingwillingness,technology integration model and employees innovation performance,which can provide theoretical and practical reference for managers,enhance employees innovation performance and enterprises innovation performance..
