Research On The Strategy Of Enterprise Innovation Performance Improvement Based On The Perspective Of Knowledge Base

Innovation is an inexhaustible force for a country's prosperity and development,and it is the soul of a nation's progress.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China also clearly pointed out that innovation is the first driving force for development and the support for building a modern economic system.As the main body of the national scientific and technological innovation system,enterprises need to release development potential,transform development momentum and lead technological development trends through innovation,so as to obtain sustainable innovation advantages.At the same time,China's strategic needs to build an innovative country also put forward higher requirements for enterprises to implement innovationdriven development.In the innovation practice of an enterprise,the knowledge base possessed by the enterprise is an important strategic resource.At present,enterprises are continually absorbing external frontier knowledge to increase the accumulation of knowledge,thereby promoting the innovation of enterprises.However,in this process,how can an enterprise obtain reasonable as well as innovative knowledge resources to accumulate the knowledge base? How to effectively integrate and use the knowledge base to improve the innovation performance of the enterprise,and finally realize the transformation of the enterprise's knowledge advantage into an innovation advantage? These have become important problems in the process of enterprise innovation.Therefore,in order to help enterprises to use knowledge resources more effectively to implement innovation,this paper explores the mechanism of the impact of enterprise knowledge base on innovation performance from the perspective of knowledge base.Specifically,taking the improvement of innovation performance as the core of research,using quantitative models,case analysis and other methods,on the basis of clarifying the connotation of knowledge foundation,comprehensively explored the choice of enterprise innovation strategies under different levels of environmental dynamics and the impact of knowledge base on enterprise innovation performance under different innovation strategies,and the impact of the adjustment of enterprise knowledge integration time on the innovation performance.The research content includes:(1)Research on the relationship between uncertainty environment and enterprise innovation strategy.Constructing an innovation production function model of an enterprise under uncertain environment,and base on the analyzing the synergy between the breadth of knowledge and the depth of knowledge,putting forward the innovation strategies that enterprises should choose to achieve the improvement of innovation performance under different environmental turbulence levels.Finally,the use of patent and financial data in the field of BOE display,BYD automobile and new energy to conduct a case analysis to verify the effectiveness of the enterprises' strategies.(2)Research on the impact of knowledge base on enterprise innovation performance under different innovation strategies.First,it explores the dimensional characteristics of the knowledge base,divides it into knowledge breadth and knowledge depth,analyzes the impact mechanism of knowledge breadth and knowledge depth on enterprise innovation,secondly,builds a quantitative model of enterprise innovation performance based on knowledge breadth and knowledge depth,and finally adopts simulation analysis,to explore the impact mechanism of knowledge breadth and depth of knowledge on enterprise innovation performance,reveal the influence of enterprise knowledge base on innovation performance under different innovation strategies.(3)Research on the impact of knowledge integration on enterprise innovation performance under different innovation strategies.Based on the view of knowledge base,an in-depth analysis of the production mechanism of enterprise innovation performance is conducted.on the basis of enterprise innovation performance quantification model conducted above,the law of the impact of enterprise knowledge integration time adjustment on innovation performance is further explored,combined with the case of Geely,the validity of the conclusions obtained is verified.(4)Research on the strategies of enterprises innovation performance improvement.According to the influence of environmental turbulence on the choice of innovation strategy,and the influence of the enterprise knowledge base and knowledge integration on innovation performance under different innovation strategies,the enterprises' innovation performance improvement strategy is given.Based on the research content,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)The degree of environmental change affects the synergy between the knowledge breadth and knowledge depth,thereby affecting the innovation strategy of the enterprise;(2)Both dimensions of the knowledge base have an impact on the innovation performance of the enterprise.There is an inverted U-shaped relationship between the knowledge breadth and innovation performance,and the knowledge depth positively affects the innovation performance,thereby obtaining the effect of the enterprise knowledge base on innovation performance under different innovation strategies;(3)Different innovation strategies of enterprises have different impacts on the knowledge base.Enterprises should choose differentiated knowledge integration methods based on the characteristics of the impact of innovation strategies on the knowledge base,so as to reasonably apply the new knowledge,thereby more effectively promoting enterprise innovation performance.According to the research conclusions,this paper proposes enterprise's innovation performance improvement strategies from three aspects: strengthening the enterprise's environmental cognition ability,optimizing the enterprise's knowledge base accumulation,and improving the enterprise's knowledge integration efficiency,which has important guiding significance for the enterprises to carry out innovation and realize the improvement of innovation performance under the background of globalization.
