Research Of The Project Cost Management

The development of the construction industry has contributed to the development of China's economy.Engineering projects are the basis for the survival and development of construction enterprises.The success or failure of the project affects not only the profits,but also the reputation of the enterprises,so that the future development can be made.A successful project refers to that,the project schedule,cost and quality meet expected requirements,or even better than the standard.The owner gets satisfactory products,and the enterprise also receives the due profits.Engineering cost is not only one of the three objectives of the project,but the construction enterprises must have strict control and management over the engineering cost if they want to be invincible in fierce market competition.In engineering project,the effective control of project cost will have great significance on the economic benefit.Therefore,how to effectively control and manage the project cost,and to increase enterprise economic benefits,is an eternal subject of enterprise management,and also the difficulty and significance of project management research.Taking the affordable docking housing project in Xicheng district of Beijing as the research object,the ideas and methods of the research were clarified,through expounding the research background and significance of project cost management.During the study,based on the relative theory of the construction process of project cost management and cost analysis method,the current situation and existing problems of cost management of Xicheng affordable docking housing project were pointed out,and the factors affecting the project cost control during various stages of construction were analyzed.In turn,the project cost management of Xicheng affordable docking housing project was studied.By applying the comprehensive cost management theory and relevant cost analysis method,the research ideas and results in this text,on Xicheng affordable docking housing project,will be of certain realistic reference significance for the relevant enterprises to conduct comprehensive cost management in the project management.
