Research On Traditional Residential Buildings In Hanzhong Based On Regional Characteristics

Hanzhong is located in the most western part of southern Shaanxi and is a mountainous landscape.It is centered on Hanzhong Basin,the largest basin in southern Shaanxi,Bashan on the south,Qinling on the north.The mountains and waters together make up Hanzhong's characteristics of mountainous and watery landscape.It is the birthplace of the Han River,and has a long history,the integration of local culture and Bayu culture,Jing Chu culture,Qin and Shu culture as a whole,formed a harmonious living environment between man and nature,people and geographical culture.At the same time,the regional characteristics of Hanzhong also affected the traditional local residential buildings.Therefore,Hanzhong traditional residential buildings with distinctive regional characteristics were formed and developed in the Hanzhong Basin.However,for a long time,the research focus of residential houses in the Hanzhong area has been analyzed using a typical settlement as an example.The study of residential buildings in Hanzhong has not received enough attention.It is insufficient to analyze in-depth from the perspective of regional characteristics.The protection and development of residential houses are disadvantageous.Based on this,this article will study the traditional residential buildings in Hanzhong,and establish a more systematic and complete understanding of traditional houses in Hanzhong.From the perspective of regional features,this paper obtains data on typical settlements and traditional residential buildings in Hanzhong by means of document collection,field research,surveying and mapping,and further analysis of the data.First of all,the interpretation of Hanzhong region's natural geographical features,social and humanistic characteristics,and cultural characteristics will provide a comprehensive and holistic grasp of the background of Hanzhong traditional dwellings.It will discriminate and interpret the relationship between regional features and settlements and traditional residential buildings.Secondly,nine typical settlements in Hanzhong District and traditional residential buildings were selected to study settlements in terms of site selection,historical evolution,and plane morphology.The status quo of the residential buildings,the flat shape system,the structural methods,the spatial forms,and the material decoration were also selected.The other aspects are elaborated to form a complete understanding of Hanzhong traditional dwellings fromwhole to part and from group to individual.At the same time,the characteristics of traditional residential buildings in Hanzhong were specifically analyzed based on topography,climate,resource materials,historical and cultural influences,and the degree of improvement of the research content of traditional houses in Hanzhong was improved.Finally,the ecological and architectural image of traditional residential buildings in Hanzhong were summarized,and the protection principles and protective measures of the buildings were proposed.On the basis of in-depth investigation and theoretical exploration,based on the regional characteristics,it analyzes the traditional residential buildings in Hanzhong,hoping to understand the traditional residential buildings in Hanzhong from the specific scenes,so as to better reflect the people,society,life,and regions.An intrinsic and organic connection between the environment provides the basis for the protection and development of traditional residential buildings in the Hanzhong area,and also provides ideas and methods that can be used for reference for the study of traditional residential buildings in other areas.
