With the rapid development of the power system,the development of hydropower energy is becoming more and more fast,the demand is increasing and the capacity of the hydropower station is increasing,so the safe and efficient operation of the power generation equipment of the hydropower station is becoming more and more important.The core of the power generation equipment is the water turbine generator set and the speed regulating system.In this paper,a high precision and multi-purpose data acquisition system is developed to collect and analyze the key parameters of the speed regulating system,so as to monitor the state of the system and find out the hidden trouble in time.The principle of data acquisition is studied in detail in this paper.In view of the characteristics of the hydraulic turbine governing system and the parameters involved in it,combined with DSP principle and sampling technology,the high precision signal acquisition and processing system designed in this paper can collect the analog signals,the switching signals and the frequency signals at a high speed.Considering the requirements of the system debugging and simulation,the output channels of the corresponding types of the same type signal are designed.The signal acquisition system uses the TMS320F28335 digital signal processor as the CPU processing device,and the peripheral circuit of the DSP minimum system are designed,including the clock,the power supply,the external extended storage device and so on.At the same time,the FPGA device EP4CE6E22C8 N is used as the coprocessor of the system,and some functions are used to extend the input and output interface of the DSP.It uses Verilog hardware description language to design logic circuits and can implements a high-precision synchronous frequency multiplier platform to meet the requirements of system for frequency signal processing.At the same time,combining the signal acquisition theory and the system acquisition requirements,ADC and DAC chips are selected as the core devices of analog signal acquisition and outputs,and the multi-channel and high-precision measurement and output functions of analog signals are realized.This system uses the ethernet communication scheme with the upper computer or remote communication,via the network chip W5300 of integrated hardware TCP/IP protocol stack and the physical layer,connecting the data acquisition system and the upper computer data display and analysis system,and realizes the high-speed ethernet communication scheme.The hardware circuit and software program are designed in this system,and the system hardware and software are debugged.It is verified that the function of this system is very comprehensive according to the test results,the speed of acquisition,operation and communication is fast,the precision of measurement is high,and the size of the system is small.It is easy to use and maintain.It is proved that the system based on DSP and FPGA is effective and feasible,and it can achieve efficient data acquisition and processing.
