The future of China's construction industry must take a new road of industrialization and sustainable development, promote energy saving and efficient,in terms of design, precision component parts production, construction methods of project management have higher requirements,in order to maximize the value of the whole life cycle. In this case, the proposed and development of BIM technology provides a new angle of view and new ideas for engineering project management, and the integration to the greatest extent. In this paper,a food biotechnology industry base construction project sauce production workshop as the engineering background, aiming at the complex process, structure forms, the fitting model more, parallel, stereo operation, interference and other unfavorable factors, the design and construction process of BIM technology applied to the project.Firstly, the advantages of BIM software, standard,BIM technology and the existing problems in China are analyzed.Secondly, the application framework of BIM technology in industrial food building is constructed, and the application practice of BIM technology in the stage of deepening the design, the installation stage of the steel structure, the application of the construction management stage, and the demonstration of how BIM in China's industrial food are demonstrated. The value of class construction works is realized..Through the application of BIM technology in food biotechnology industry base project, reduce the design problems caused by time delay, low efficiency, solve the manufacturing process encountered in project management and design changes, more complex information transfer is not timely and site management confusion and other issues,so as to enhance the social and economic benefits of the project.
