In recent years,the shape of public buildings is becoming more and more complex,the volume is larger and larger,and the amount of information is more and more complicated,which lets problems of low level of visualization and low efficiency of the traditional two-dimensional deepened design become more and more obvious and lets safe evacuation become more and more difficult.The BIM model's characteristics of visualization,parameterization,data,simulation and optimization let the deepened design of construction projects become more accurate and efficient.At the same time,BIM model contains more abundant building information than the traditional two-dimensional drawings,so it is more scientific and reasonable to use the information provided by the BIM model to propose evacuation model.Based on BIM model,this article studied problems existed in deepened design and evacuation models to improve the quality and efficiency of the design and reduce casualties during evacuation.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The definition and division of fineness grade LOD of the member in BIM model are studied.Combined with the efficiency and effectiveness of BIM model,the method of determining fineness grade LOD of each component in the model is given,which provided the basis for BIM Model's deepened design.(2)Using the compiled program to extract the list of engineering quantities of the model built by Revit,avoiding the two modeling,showing the advantages of the BIM design,and promoting the application of BIM model in deepened design of public buildings.(3)A cellular automata evacuation model based on field is proposed based on BIM model,whose rules are simple and operation time is short,so it is suitable for the initial estimation of evacuation time.And the influence of different export width and different evacuation numbers on the evacuation efficiency is studied by the model,which provides a basis for the preliminary design of the room.(4)Based on the information provided by BIM model,a cellular automata evacuation model based on improved ant colony algorithm is established.In Visual C++ platform,combined with the drawing function of graphics library Easy,C programming language is used to achieve its application in a single exit room.The results show that it can accurately simulate the "arch distribution" phenomenon in the actual evacuation process,and the evacuation time is similar to that of commercial software pathfinder.Compared with pathfinder,the advantage of the model is that it can automatically generate main evacuation route.And the main evacuation route provides the reference for indoor layout,evacuation path planning and the work of intelligence indicating evacuation indicator system,which is of great significance to improve the efficiency of evacuation and reduce casualties.
