In the new era of development in the context of enterprise human resources management,for the enterprise's strategic implementation and performance improvement has an important role in promoting.Therefore,it is very important to study human resources management optimization to promote the development of enterprises.The performance management of staff in research in human resource management has become a main branch,based on the optimization of Hengyang Volkswagen 4S shop sales consultant performance appraisal system as the starting point for the study on performance appraisal system.Through the study of this paper: first of all,the academic research on the performance appraisal system has formed a certain achievement,but,based on the performance evaluation system of automobile 4S shop sales consultant is still less.And the traditional research point of view is limited to a single quantitative model analysis,the lack of effective combination of qualitative and quantitative.Secondly,the study showed that the Hengyang Volkswagen 4S shop sales consultant performance appraisal system has relatively simple design index,performance evaluation method is simple,the performance appraisal of enforcement is not strict supervision on the lack of performance appraisal,not using the results of performance appraisal to sales consultant incentive problems effectively.The reason for these problems lies in the lack of thinking and understanding the participants;the enterprise leadership is not enough attention to the performance appraisal process;do not establish the dynamic mechanism of performance appraisal system,performance appraisal is still followed for many years has not yet formed a fixed standard;the punishment in the assessment,rewards and punishment exist more serious "leadership" will the phenomenon,the punishment system as a dummy;in Hengyang Volkswagen 4S shop sales consultant,performance assessment,information feedback mechanism was imperfect phenomenon.In view of the deficiency and the reason of the current existence of the sales consultant performance appraisal system,this article has carried on the reconstruction to the performance appraisal method and the index system.Put forward to highlight the role for the quantitative assessment method,combining qualitative and quantitative optimization to achieve;to do daily with a combination of regular assessment of Hengyang Volkswagen 4S shop sales consultant;guide the democratic appraisal of Science in the process of performance appraisal.Aiming at the reconstruction of index,the 3-level index system and multi-level index evaluation standard are put forward.Finally,in order to promote the optimization of sales consultant for the implementation of performance assessment system,the paper proposes to improve the senior managers for understanding the optimization problem of the performance evaluation system,improve the level of understanding of the implementation of performance appraisal,improve the sales staff performance appraisal consciousness;establish pin rigid constraint system sale department performance appraisal,on the basis of individual managers will stop to determine the assessment results,the establishment of the accountability system of accountability;performance appraisal in the Sales Department of internal propaganda;must be on the assessment results and timely feedback,strengthen the application of performance assessment results;to be before the formal implementation of performance incentives and public sales consultant approval,the incentive for the in order to realize the diversification of incentives;into the assessment of complaint mechanism in the performance evaluation of sales consultants,the introduction of modern The effective promotion of performance appraisal by means of information management.
