| The Chinese auto market has been booming in the past decade.At the same time,the automotive after-sales service market is also expanding,and the market size is expected to reach 749 billion yuan in 2020.Car after-sales maintenance,car decoration,and second-hand car market businesses occupy a pivotal position in the automotive industry,and the market scale will continue to expand rapidly.Porsche is an international luxury car brand that entered my country earlier,as well as a representative of foreign car brands.In the rapidly expanding automotive aftermarket competition,Porsche also faces more severe competition.In the fiercely competitive environment,the training of after-sales talents has become particularly important.Among them,the service consultant as the core of the service scene is the top priority of the training work,and it is also the link that the brand attaches great importance to.This article takes the Porsche 4S store in Fuzhou as an example to conduct in-depth research and discussion on the service consultant training system of the Porsche 4S store.This study uses questionnaire surveys,on-site interviews and other methods to learn more about the existing service consultant training system of Fuzhou Porsche 4S store.Based on the service consultant’s ability composition model,combined with the feedback of the existing training needs of service consultants,the strategy set for service consultant improvement is formulated.,And then use this as a starting point to expand the overall optimization system model,and design corresponding landing safeguard measures.This paper proposes an optimization model for the service consultant training system of Fuzhou Porsche 4S shop.From the strategic level,the training objectives and concepts of the Fuzhou Porsche 4S shop are clearly defined.This article proposes an internal trainer resource model system of "three sources,one set of mechanisms" to cultivate internal trainer resources;a "leveled,comprehensive,and focused" training plan is designed to guide the training plan.;Based on this,we designed exclusive course programs for different consultant groups.Finally,a four-dimensional training effect evaluation model was designed according to the ADDIE structure of training.On the basis of the optimization system design,this research puts forward four guarantee measures for the implementation of the system,from the strategic level,corporate culture,organizational level and employee incentives,to ensure the optimal implementation of the service consultant training system.It is hoped that it can provide a useful reference for the improvement of service consultant training for automobile 4S shops. |
