Study On The Planning And Design Of Ecological Leisure Farm In Hilly Area

The 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)proposed to "lead agricultural supply-side structural reform with green production model".Advancing the supply-side structural reform of agriculture is the main direction for the reform and improvement of China’s agricultural policy at present and in the future.In agricultural development,we must adhere to the direction of green,ecological and sustainable development,promote the adjustment and transformation of the development structure of agriculture and rural areas,promote local construction,ease the contradiction between large population and small land,increase agricultural production and income,improve the quality of life and income of farmers,and speed up the construction of industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization.Lushi county in Sanmenxia city isn’t abundant land resources,the need for the development of the hilly mountain is more,so this article to Lushi county in Sanmenxia city leisure agriculture to provide theoretical basis and practical experience for research purposes.On the analysis of the existing common problems in design of leisure farm,on the basis of summarizing the basic principles of leisure farm planning and design,using the method of literature research,investigation,etc.On the basis of analyzing the research status at home and abroad,the selection of domestic four outstanding case analysis,from the current situation of the Lushi county in Sanmenxia city leisure farm landscape planning and site characteristics,overall planning and the local refinement etc.For example,partition of hilly region ecological leisure farm planning and design ideas and matters needing attention.This paper mainly obtains the following research results through research.(1)This paper analyzes the concept of hill country,sightseeing agriculture and leisure farm.On the basis of the existing literature to the Chinese mainland and Taiwan and the United States,Germany,Japan and other developed countries of the leisure agriculture development as the main research object,and discusses the present overall development and research status of leisure agriculture.Combined with the characteristics of the ecological leisure farm and classification,as well as the existing exposed by the common problems in leisure farm planning,discuss the hilly region ecological leisure farm planning and design of general principles and ideas.(2)Select four domestic outstanding case analysis discussion and conclusion.Reference other hilly terrain of leisure agriculture planning and design case,through the park’s natural,ecological,humanistic spirit in general,the park features content analysis,and points which can be used for reference of the number of columns,finally summarizes four cases,summed up the above analysis and case to bring the Lushi county in Sanmenxia leisure farm planning and design inspiration and landmark significance.(3)This planning is located in Lushi county,Sanmenxia city.Through the analysis of the ststus and nature of the base in the planning area to summarize the basic conditions of the project,including location analysis,land nature,tourism industry status,market positioning,SWOT analysis,etc.And then this paper tells master plan and detail description.the overall planning and detailed partition local,including road planning,plant planning,water system planning,functional zoning,vertical design,etc.Partition plan is described in detail and detailed in the park,and the planning part of the park is presented with the combination of text description,table and picture.At the same time,this plan is ecological leisure farm,with ecological and sustainability as the principle and leisure experience as the main business direction and based on topography.In conclusion,the county eco-leisure farm is based on topography,it’s a principle of ecology and sustainability,and it’s the main business of the leisure experience,which is to show the pleasure and relaxation of the experience to the most extent,and to make the environment a sustainable development.It is hoped that this planning method will provide a clue for the planning and design of leisure farm in hilly area of other regions.
