With the population growth and a national rapid urbanization,the original natural ecological environment has vanished,and mankind has entered the "second nature,man-made ecological" city construction stage.Consequently,the traditional ecological urban planning theory,which is mainly by the means of nature conversation,can’t meet the needs of the times.The hilly cities,a type of unique local cities,often neglect their own terrain characteristics in the development process and copy the experience of the plain cities.The frequent extensive urban planning phenomena,namely the leveling,digging the mountain,and water fill water,result in the enormous ecological disturbance on the pristine natural environment in hilly areas.The degree of second nature of the hilly city is also relatively high.In particular,the natural hydrological processes of the hilly area suffer the largest disturbance and the healthy circulation path is severely damaged.These lead to the problems such as soil erosion,frequent water logging flash floods,and loss of regional landscape features.For the issues of urban city in hilly area,an opinion that landscape ecological planning is the most effective planning method to solve the problem of hilly city and protect hilly landscape style is proposed in this paper based on the analyzes of the development of domestic and foreign ecological planning and practice essence.A methodology for the landscape ecological planning of hilly city is also preliminarily constructed.Firstly,in the landscape cognitive level,the nature of ecological structure is made to be clear by employing patches,corridors,and matrix,which are the three basic elements of landscape.A foundation for the further landscape ecological planning is established.Secondly,in the strategic planning level,the hilly urban construction and the construction method of ecological infrastructure are proposed under the guidance of the theory of corridor and patch.Thirdly,in the check level of planning achievement,the ecological benefit is assessed using the index of landscape calibration.Through the above plan,the bonding relationship between hilly city chimeras and natural matrix attempts to be established,which also the ultimate goal of the landscape ecological planning of hilly city.Furthermore,under the domestic and foreign study on the latest trend of landscape ecological planning,the Grasshopper parametric programming techniques is creatively applied to hilly city landscape ecological planning in this paper and promotes quantitative analysis and parameters technology planning process of landscape ecological planning,which is the main innovation of the paper.The whole process of the application of the parametric study in the landscape ecological planning,including the cognitive,construction strategy and check of achievements level is demonstrated in detail in this paper.Finally,three outstanding cases,namely the eco-city landscape ecological planning in Nansha of Guangzhou,the residential district planning in a cigarettes factory of Changde,and the core area drainage system construction in the northern new town of Wugang,have been selected to demonstrate the their references on the landscape ecological planning of hilly city from macro-,middle-and micro-level of viewpoint,respectively.
