The Research On Some Chemical And Physical Test Methods In The Overall Plan Of Changsha Wenyang Farm

At present, our country’s agriculture is conforming to the trend of the times from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. In the background, ecological leisure farm, rural resort, leisure agriculture park and other new forms of agricultural development continue to emerge, The vigorous development of the excellent situation provides the conditions and possibility to enhance the agricultural economy, to solve the "three rural issues", and to construct new socialist countryside.This paper takes the theory of leisure economy, green economy theory, landscape aesthetics theory and sustainable development theory as the basis, bases on the literature research, and preliminary field survey, use basic principles and methods of planning and design, on how to plan the construction of ecological leisure farm, the main conclusions are as follows:(1) Based on summarizing the concept and connotation of ecological leisure farm, the background and significance of development planning of ecological leisure farm, and the difference between the past and present of all kinds of agricultural economic carrier are analysed.(2) Through research and analysis of the project background, positioning and creative features of planning of five cases of Fengxian ecological farm in Shanghai, Wuyou efficient ecological agriculture demonstration park in Yancheng, Jiangsu Province, Shangrila leisure farm in Yilan, Taiwan, Bai Sha Wan ecological farm in Fuzhou, Fujian Province, Chuanlord Holiday Farm in Shunde, Guangdong Province, the elements and experiences of the successful development of the farm are summarized from that.(3) To development planning of Wenyang farm in Changshaas a case, through the analysis of correlation location, traffic environmental, as well as status of project base, the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges facing of planning and construction of Wenyang farm in Changsha are proposed, the idea and aim of planning and construction are summarized, the development positioning of the farm is established, the tentative idea of overall(4) planning and special planning, and the project investment estimate and benefit analysis of the implementation are given.The purpose of this paper is to give some modest enlightenment to the methods and ideas of development planning of ecological leisure farm, and provide some reference value. Also it hopes to promote development of agricultural economy in the outskirts of Changsha City, to provide leisure places which close to the nature for urban residents, to seek industrial projects which can bring economic income for rural residents, to create a good landscape foundation for rural ecology, to provide an example for farmers’self development enterprises, so as to improve the rural collective economic income and living standard of rural people.
