The Research Of The Exterior Space In The Old Unit Community For The Elderly

Ageing is sweeping across the world and the attention of the elderly has become higher and higher in recent years.The retirement industry has developed rapidly.Meanwhile,the rejuvenation of residential neighborhood has become the hot topic.Because of its special era background,the amount of the unit community is large with a huge number of the elderly residents.Therefore,the research on the old-age transformation for the old unit community is of great significance to improving the home care quality of the elderly in place.This article takes the external space environment of the old settlement of the Hefei unit community as the main research object,focusing on old-fashioned transformation,combining field research,questionnaires,and graph analysis,etc.Taking Hefei as an example,this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems of anti-aging problems existing in the outer space of the old residential unit system in Hefei City,including road traffic,activity space,and environmental facilities.Finally,preliminary reform proposals are proposed in combination with excellent cases.According to a systematic study,taking the psychological needs and behaviors of the elderly as the reference standard,the basic rules and updating directions of old age in the outer space of the old settlements of the unit system are summed up,and the updating methods and planning directions conducive to space old-ageless are extracted.With the elderly as the core,a small-scale,incremental model provides a sustainable path for urban renewal and the increasing status of the elderly population.
