Study On The Reuse Of Residential Buildings In Huizhou Under The Background Of Rural Tourism

Under the background of rural tourism and rural revitalization,Huizhou dwelling houses have also attracted more and more attention.Due to the rapid modernization process,a large number of Huizhou historical dwellings have been idled and declined.Traditional styles and geographical features of Huizhou have been damaged,how to make many Huizhou's historic residential buildings are radiating new vitality and better adapting to the modern cultural heritage culture is a problem that needs to be solved urgently.This article is to protect historical buildings from the construction point of view to explore the Huizhou residential development and reuse techniques.First of all,from the perspective of updating the background and related concepts,we summarize the conditions for the promotion and reuse of Huizhou residential dwellings,and explain these factors in detail.The promotion factors include: rapid development of tourism economy,rural revival policy,mature economic technology,The living conditions are worrying,the variability and flexibility of residential buildings.Secondly,a detailed analysis of the Huizhou residential building of the research object was carried out,and the distinctive features of various aspects of the residential house,the advantages and disadvantages of the space,and the current status of existence were summarized as the basis for the study of the reconstruction of the building.Thirdly,taking the selected Huizhou residential redevelopment case as a sample for analysis,from architectural function,interior decoration,space transformation,and form shaping as the entry point for the case study,summed up the relevant transformation methods and typical examples of residential building renovation.Problems,such as a single type of function,unreasonable design techniques,etc.;Finally,comprehensive pre-research on the relevant laws and regulations of Huizhou dwellings,put forward the principles of suitability,harmony,and economical updating,from the architectural functional space,structural system,external form control,The five aspects of material construction and updating technology propose strategies for building renovation.Under the background of rural tourism,this article takes the modernity function of Huizhou residential buildings as an entry point,adopts a combination of theory and case analysis and field research,and explores the renewal strategies of Huizhou residential renovation from the architectural perspective,trying to serve Huizhou's residential areas.We must do some basic research on the protection,utilization,and reuse of fossils,hoping that they can serve as a reference for the re-use of Huizhou residential areas.
