Research On The Adaptability Transformation Of Rural Dwellings In Chang-Zhu-Tan Tourism-oriented Suburbs

With the proposal of the "rural revitalization" strategy,a group of villages are moving towards a transformation road with tourism as the leading industry.In addition,with the continuous expansion of urban space in recent years,various "urban diseases" have become a problem that cannot be ignored by the urban population.Pain,the suburban rural tourism market is constantly expanding,and the construction of rural scenic spots is constantly improving.Some villagers took this as an opportunity to introduce their existing dwellings into certain production and operation functions through a certain degree of spontaneous transformation,so as to provide tourism services for urban consumers.However,compared with the increasingly perfect rural scenic spots in the suburban villages of the villagers,the production and operation dwellings renovated spontaneously by the villagers still have a big gap in service quality,spatial quality,and style recognition.In the existing strategy research,most of the authors put forward repair suggestions based on a specific functional type,and have limited reference for the renovation process of household heads of different functional types.Taking this as the starting point,this paper takes self～owned dwellings that have both residential functions and certain production and operation functions in the tourist～type suburban villages of Changsha,Zhuzhou and Tanzania as the research object,and sorts out the different functions introduced by the household heads.Type,through the analysis of the spatial characteristics of the renovation process of the household～headed dwellings and the analysis of the needs of urban consumer groups,an optimized design strategy based on the design process is formed to provide guidance for the spontaneous renovation and construction of villagers.The first and second chapters of this paper are the introduction and review,The third chapter is the current research and analysis part.In the current situation investigation part,the current situation of spontaneously renovated residential houses with different functional types is sorted out through typical cases of surveying and mapping.In the analysis of spatial characteristics,it is summarized from different levels such as transformation mode characteristics,location and overall layout characteristics,spatial organization characteristics,functional spatial characteristics,style and detail decoration characteristics.In terms of tourist demand,the three～level demand for rural tourism in the suburbs of Chang～Zhu～Tan region is obtained through the questionnaire survey method according to the priority of demand.Finally,through the combination of spatial feature analysis and demand analysis,a summary of the existing problems is obtained,and the four points are elaborated from four aspects: thinking orientation,external effect,functional space,and tourist experience.The fourth and fifth chapters are the part of design strategy and verification.The fourth chapter builds a strategy system from four aspects: optimization principle,transformation mode optimization,external space optimization,and internal space optimization,and forms a strategy system based on the perspective of tourists based on "the overall layout of the courtyard—the division of the interior space of the courtyard and the selection of modules—the form and architecture of the courtyard space definition.Facade design—plan optimization design of interior space—specific strategies for the selection of specific functional space modules”process.The fifth chapter of this paper selects four different types of typical cases to verify the design strategy and explore the feasibility of the design strategy.The sixth chapter of this paper is the conclusion and outlook,which sorts out the main innovations and deficiencies of this paper,and looks forward to the possible directions of follow～up research.
