Rural Construction Reform Under The New Business Mode Of Rural Tourism

For the purpose of the rural tourism is a tourism resort to wild village,for the space with humanistic without interference,ecological destruction,to swim,and wild behavior characteristics of the villages in travel form,is a trend of future tourism.Rural tourism brings popularity to the countryside and brings new ideas and industries,which is conducive to adjusting the original single industrial structure and solving rural problems.Traditional rural architecture is adapted to the background of rural tourism,so that it can be revitalized in the new functional use.The development of rural tourism in the southern region represented by jiangsu and zhejiang is relatively early,and some rural construction cases have played an exemplary role in the whole country.The case investigation and southern region,through literature research,case studies and theoretical research and interdisciplinary research,and other research methods,and to Wujiadun farmhouse reform as an opportunity,combed the transformation in the process of complex issues,and the dialectical relations,it is concluded that rural idle farmhouse renovation strategy and technique,to deal with the rural tourism functional requirements.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter elaborates the relevant background and research content,determines the research purpose and significance,and sets up the research framework.The second chapter elaborates the relevant theories of rural tourism,and elaborates the classification,location and location of rural buildings,and summarizes the relationship between them.In chapter three,the strategies,methods and research on the renovation of idle rural residence in the new business mode of rural tourism are studied,and finally,several methods of building reconstruction for different types and functions are obtained.The fourth chapter elaborates the scope and content of the specific transformation of rural architecture from three aspects: rural architectural space environment,outdoor environment and architectural design.The fifth chapter USES the actual reconstruction case to demonstrate the theory in the previous article.This paper explore the rural tourism environment,how to use the current idle farmhouse,a large number of rural reform,to find a way to both mutual confluence,make mutual fusion and mutual infiltration between them,interweave each other and common development.From the perspective of architectural reconstruction design,this paper summarizes a systematic theory of rural building reconstruction.
