Talent is the foundation of the enterprise,and talent is the "first core"of enterprise development.The precondition for the existence and development of the enterprise is to have a large number of outstanding talents.At the same time,the problem of brain drain has also brought considerable harm to the company,which has greatly affected the development of the company.This article begins with a detailed review of the literature on brain drain,especially the influence variables and their empirical analysis of employees' voluntary turnover and the impact of employees' voluntary turnover.Then based on the questionnaire,a detailed case study was conducted on Dongfeng Motor Company.Principal components analysis method was used to analyze the main factors affecting the company's turnover intention:salary expectations,employees' market competitiveness,work environment,work-family balance,and work The autonomy right finally puts forward the corresponding employee turnover management strategy:implement realistic work outlook technology in recruitment,attach importance to the career development of employees,pass informal training,establish a "spiritual contract" between companies and employees,and maintain fairness in rewards and punishments.Sex can effectively prevent employees from voluntarily leaving their jobs and establish a smooth employee communication system.
